The Greek Chorus

Recorded remotely and written by John Dorhauer, “The Greek Chorus” reflects on life in quarantine using spoken word texts from four sources juxtaposed over each of the music’s four sections: The Book of Job, “Robinson Crusoe”, Civil War letters, and tweets/quotes from COVID-19 quarantine. Isolation is a condition that has plagued society throughout its history, and no matter the specifics, there is reason for hope on the other side.
